Online Payment & Pickup Policy
PAYMENT: We accept Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express, debit or credit cards online. To pay in store, call (502) 699-2711 with the item number. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO APPLY CONSIGNOR CREDITS TOWARD ONLINE PURCHASES AT THIS TIME.
PICK UP: We allow 72 hours from the time your order is purchased to pick up your items. Call (502) 699-2711 or email email@example.com to communicate when you will be picking up your item(s) therefore we can plan accordingly and provide you the pick up location (front or back of store). Our insurance does not allow us to assist in loading items. We recommend bringing blankets, bungees, lifting help. Items not picked up in 72 hours will be charged $7/day storage fee.
ALL online purchases require pick up. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP MERCHANDISE!
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Home Again Consignments Consignment Policy
- Require a picture which can be sent via email firstname.lastname@example.org or texted to (502) 330-1175 with the contact information listed
- Upon acceptance of your item(s), please stay in touch via phone @ 502-699-2711 to discuss drop off
- Can be brought by during business hours to examine, BUT FIRST
- PLEASE call the store prior to your arrival 502-699-2711
- Must be clean & in good condition (NO stains, rips, tears, pet hair, or odor)
- Consigned for 120 days
- Will be examined to determine if we have a market for your item(s)
- Item(s) priced over $25 will be marked down 10% every 30 days
- All items are priced by Home Again unless otherwise agreed upon by consignor
- If not sold within 120 days of the listed date, consignor is responsible for picking up any item(s)
- If the item is not picked up within seven days of contract end date, the item becomes the property of Home Again, unless other arrangements are made
- Commission payable to the consignor totals 40% of the items final sell price
- Payouts will be available for the consignor following the 1st of the month the item(s) sold (consignor responsibility to maintain their account, we DO NOT auto issue checks)
**We do not accept clothing, bedding, appliances, dishes, glassware, mattresses and box springs, select pictures/artwork, draperies, drapery hardware, or entertainment centers. Please inquire.**
